At VetsDesk, our organizing principle is flexibility. Whatever type of office space your small business needs, you’re sure to find the right solution. Click the image to the right for an expanded view of our floor plan.
With all our plans you get access to the VetsDesk facility 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (except standard holidays) with a receptionist on duty throughout the day. You’ll also receive Meetup invitations to public HOS events both on-site and close by. Check our event calendar for upcoming gatherings.
Virtual office: the work-at-home solution
When you’re a freelancer or just starting out in business, it’s a big advantage to have a physical office address in a prestigious area even though you’re working from home or the local coffee shop. Use the VetsDesk street address as your location, and we’ll hold your mail for you until you come by to pick it up. We’ll also provide you with your own VoIP phone extension, with an option to buy VoIP equipment (calling charges may apply).
Drop-in work space: the occasional getaway
Need to get away from that home office once in a while? Want to meet like-minded entrepreneurs? Try our hot seats and hot desks. Come by for a single day, or use our punch-card system to get a discount on five days that you can use whenever you need them. Work spaces are first-come-first-served, but call ahead at 972-294-7014 ext. 3000 if you want to be sure there’s a place available for you.
Hot seat $25/day, or $100 for 5 days
Take a seat at a roomy open-concept, library-style table in our pleasant common area.
Hot desk $35/day, or $150 for 5 days
Pick a semi-private cubicle with walls to screen your work from your neighbors, but with an airy, open feel.
Hot offices: drop-in flexibility plus office privacy
$125/half day; $250/full day
Need a quiet place to make a phone call or confer with a colleague? Just grab one of our private offices that is not currently being leased. Like our other drop-in spaces they’re first-come-first served, but to be sure there’s one available, call ahead at 972-294-7014 ext. 3000.
Private offices: a room of your own
$665/month and up
For veterans and veteran-owned businesses only – our fully-enclosed private offices with doors. Furnishing options are available. We’ll collect your mail and provide you with your own VoIP phone extension, with an option to buy VoIP equipment (calling charges may apply). Prices vary by office size and length of lease. A-la-carte facilities: just what you need, when you need it
Why pay every day for facilities you only need once in a while? Book our conference and training facilities by the day whenever you need them.
Small: $125/half day; $250/full day
Our small open conference area holds 6 to 8 people, with a rolling white board, projector & screen. Ideal for team meetings or soft skills training
Large: $250/half day; $500/full day
Our spacious, comfortable conference room holds 8 to 10 people, with a wall mounted magnetic white board, cat 5 internet cables for each seat, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including a 65″ 4K screen (AND XBox One!). Great for impressing clients or scrums with your team when everyone already has their own laptop.
Training room $500/day without computers, $1000+/day with computers
Hold a class for up to 24 students in our training room. Have your students bring their own laptops, or let us provide the computers for them. Projection equipment is always included.
